Top and bottom are puff pastry, it's filled with a mixture of egg, bacon, brocoli and cheese.
You could put anything you want in there, very easy and delicious.
Also you can use the scraps of dough after trimming the edges for decorating the dish.
I put two people, a cat (random cookie cutter I found in the cupboard) and
some hearts on there.
